1. Form is an illusion. Everything in the universe, including yourself,
    is made up of energy. When energy vibrates it creates form.
   When the vibration changes, form changes.

2.  You are an Eternal Being inside a human body at this moment. 

3.  Thoughts become things. Otherwise called "The Law Of Attraction",
      which basically says that what you are thinking about the most,
     will be drawn to you. 

4.  These "things" are really just lessons in disguise.
      These lessons do not end.

5.  You know you are part of a loving, and expanding universe.

6.  You are worthy of complete love.

7.  This is an abundant universe.

8.  Love and Well-Being are the dominant forces in the universe.
     Fear, and evil are not a forces, but merely the lack of Love and Well Being.

9.. There is nothing that must be done. Success or failure is
     merely a lesson. You
      understand that you do not finish, or truly complete anything
      in an expanding universe.

10. There is no beginning and there is no end.

If you should ever forget any or all of these beliefs,
simply remember to be JOYFUL.
For joy is the feeling state that all these beliefs are about getting to. To learn how to consciously express Joy was your main reason for coming into this existence.
